Segundo Oficial
Rank for pilots joining the company. During the first 20 flight hours, they will be restricted to operating single-engine piston aircraft.
Primeiro Oficial
Rank for pilots with 20 to 100 flight hours. During this period, they will be authorized to operate only single and twin-engine turboprop aircraft on domestic scheduled flights.
Comandante
Rank for pilots with over 100 and less than 400 flight hours. They will remain restricted to operating aircraft from the previous rank, plus twin-engine jet aircraft on domestic scheduled flights.
Comandante Sênior
Rank for pilots with over 400 and less than 600 flight hours. They will have access to operate aircraft from the previous rank and twin-engine jet aircraft on international flights within the South American continent.
Comandante Internacional
Rank for pilots with over 600 flight hours. They will have access to operate aircraft from the previous rank and jet aircraft with up to four engines on intercontinental international flights.
Comandante Instrutor
Rank for pilots who are part of the company's staff, as well as those who stand out in supporting and training other pilots.
